Moroccan Turkey Burgers with Pickled Onion, Harissa Yogurt & Sweet Potato Crisps

MEAL KIT CONTENTS:

2 oz Moroccan spice blend

4 oz harissa yogurt

2 buns

10 oz sweet potatoes

    PREPPING INSTRUCTIONS

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees

    Thinly slice the sweet potato into 1/8-inch rounds, like chips – no need to peel

    Line baking sheet with parchment paper

      COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

      Step 1: Roast Sweet potatoes

      Toss the rounds on one half side of a baking sheet with a drizzle of oil, then season with fry blend. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking, until golden brown.

       

      2: Prepare burger

      In a medium bowl, mix turkey and Moroccan spice blend together.

      In a large skillet over high heat, add a drizzle of olive oil. Sear burger patties for 3-4 minutes on each side until browned.

      3: Bake burgers with potatoes

      Place burgers on empty side of baking sheet. Roast until potatoes are tender, 8-10 minutes. Remove baking tray from oven and immediately add Havarti cheese slices.

      4: To serve

      Divide potato crisps. Place lettuce on the bottom bun then add burger. Top the burger with harissa yogurt and pickled onion. Enjoy!
