PREPPING INSTRUCTIONS
Core and dice bell pepper
Slice green onion into small pieces
Roughly chop market greens
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1: Cook beef
Add the beef to a skillet over medium-high heat and cook, stirring occasionally, until browned (about 8 minutes). If there's a lot of excess fat, spoon most of it out.
Meanwhile, boil a pot of water for the ramen noodles.
Step 2: Make the sauce
Take the skillet off the heat and stir in peanut butter, Zest stir-fry sauce and ginger/garlic mixture.
Return the skillet to medium heat and add in the red pepper and market greens. Continue cooking for a few more minutes, stirring often, until the pepper is tender-crisp, and greens are wilted.
Step 3: Cook noodles
Add the noodles to the boiling water and cook for 3 minutes. Once the noodles are done, add 4 tablespoons (or so) of the cooking water into the skillet prior to draining them. Drain the noodles and add them to the skillet.
Step 4: To serve
Toss everything well and season with extra salt & pepper if needed. Top with green onions.
