These filling & fresh tacos pack a punch of flavor! Tender ground pork is cooked to perfection with our signature taco blend then topped off with a wonderful slaw made with crunchy apples, crisp cabbage, shredded carrot, avocado and baby tomatoes tossed in a vibrant slaw dressing.
MEAL KIT CONTENTS:
12 oz ground pork
6 flour tortillas
4 oz cabbage
4 oz apple
4 oz avocado
4 oz baby tomatoes
2 oz green onion
4 oz carrots
2 oz onion/garlic blend
2 oz cilantro
3 oz Zesty Taco Blend*
*Zesty Taco Blend: cumin, smokey paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, white pepper, black pepper, kosher salt
**Slaw Dressing: Greek yogurt, sugar, apple cider vinegar, lime, salt, pepper

Pre-heat oven to 375F to warm tortillas
Cut tomatoes in half
Grate apple & set aside
Grate carrots (peel carrot if you prefer)
Thinly slice whole green onion, discarding root end
Thinly slice cabbage
Step 1: Prepare garnishes & slaw
Peel skin off avocado and dice, season with salt and pepper. Finely chop cilantro. Set aside.
In a large bowl, toss sliced cabbage, apple, green onion, carrot, tomatoes and slaw dressing together well. Season with salt & pepper. Place in fridge.
Step 2: Warm Tortillas
In a large piece of foil, wrap all tortillas and warm in preheated oven for 8 – 10 minutes.
Step 3: Cook Pork
In a skillet over medium-high heat, warm a drizzle of olive oil and onion/garlic blend. Cook for 30 seconds until fragrant. Add pork and Zesty taco blend for about 8-10 minutes (or until cooked through), stirring often, and breaking up the meat (drain excess fat – if any).
Step 4: To serve
Carefully remove warm tacos from oven. Assemble 3 tacos each by layering pork and slaw. Top with diced avocado and chopped cilantro.
