A healthful & comforting one-pot meal that packs a lot of flavour with sweet Italian sausage, fennel, farmer's market greens, fresh herbs, & grilled garlic bread to soak up all the goodness!
MEAL KIT CONTENTS:
8 oz sweet Italian sausage (2)
1 can organic cannellini beans
2 oz garlic/fennel/onion mixture
1 oz Italian Herb Blend*
4 oz tomato (1)
8 oz chicken stock
4 oz farmer's market greens
4 oz Tuscan bread (2 slices)
2 oz Zest garlic butter blend**
1 oz parsley leaves
*Italian Herb Blend: oregano, marjoram, basil, rosemary, garlic, & onion powder
**Zest Garlic Butter Blend: butter, garlic, chili flakes

Salt & Pepper
KITCHEN ITEMS NEED:
Large skillet/deep pan
Chopping board & knife
Medium skillet for garlic bread

Spread garlic butter mixture on both sides of Tuscan bread slices
Drain & rinse beans
Chop farmers market greens into bite size pieces
Remove sausage from casing & crumble into small pieces & put in bowl
Finely chop parsley
1: Cook sausage mixture
In a large skillet, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium high heat. Add the onion/fennel/garlic mixture & sauté for 3 minutes, until beginning to soften. Add the sausage & cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until just turning golden.
2: Add rest of stew ingredients
Add stock, tomatoes, beans, bringing everything to a boil. Bring to a boil, then simmer gently for 10 minutes. Add the chopped farmer's market greens and Italian herbs & turn temperature to low, cooking for another 5 minutes. Turn off temperature & season with a pinch of salt & pepper.
3: Grill garlic bread
Heat another skillet on medium high heat. Grill Tuscan bread on one side until toasted, then flip over & do the same on the other side.
4: To serve
Divide stew mixture into two bowls. Add a drizzle of olive oil & serve with toasted garlic bread.
